featuring Yoga and Raw Living Foods ClassesWeekly classes in Rawfusion - combining vegan, vegetarian, gluten free foods, Raw Living Foods and fermented cultured vegetables. 

Returning to Kawai Puraura: Wednesday Night Community Dinners begining 8 February in Albany, North Shore. TBA 2-hour class presentation and sit down dinner. RSVP and pre-pay essential for class to happen.

In addition Conscious Café is featured at the Titrangi New Energy Fare the 3rd Sunday of every month starting 26th of Feb at the Titirangi Community Centre. Free Raw Foods Demos from 1-2pm and Raw desserts and Warm Cacao Frothys at the coffee stand in front of the larger hall.
